Kevin Kinghorn - Bio

Attorney | Investor Coach

Kevin Kinghorn has been a practicing attorney in Tucson and southern Arizona since 1993. Kevin is the founding attorney of Kinghorn Law | Financial.

After earning an associate’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University—Hawaii and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, Kevin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona College of Law.  Kevin is admitted to practice law in Arizona and Colorado and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Tax Court.

Kevin finds fulfillment in empowering families to achieve peace through educating, coaching, and serving with love and compassion.

Kevin has been married to his wife, Sandi, for over 30 years and has two children, and a wonderful son-in-law.  In his spare time, Kevin likes to spend time with his family and enjoys hiking, camping, astronomy, and wood working.

It’s time to make sure your estate plan is in good order. Kinghorn Law | Financial will share with you how comprehensive estate planning can be used to maximize your retirement accounts, provide for your care in the event of incapacity or disability, and preserve your wealth and legacy for your family. This workshop will provide you with facts that are straightforward and easy to understand.

 

·       Learn about Medicaid and VA eligibility to pay for those expenses.

·       Learn the difference between a will and a trust, and which one prevents probate.

·       Learn why using joint tenancy or transferring your assets before you pass away is an inadequate estate plan.

·       Learn how to prepare for disability as well as end-of-life decisions.
