Description: Based in Denver, Colorado, Lance Patterson is the Regional Sales Manager for Distech Controls, serving the Mountain West Region as well as Las Vegas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He is approaching 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry with almost 15 years dedicated solely to building automation. Lance has extensive technical sales experience which enables him to support everyone from end users, to consulting engineers, to contractors in both a sales effort, as well as operations. He joined the Distech Controls family over 6 years ago and has been a valuable asset by assisting with the design of building automation OT networks and supporting new technology in the industry, all while advocating for smarter, healthier and more connected buildings.
